However, I am not really an ideologue. I don't adhere to any single swing philosophy, and I am constantly changing my opinions (albeit slowly and reluctantly at times). My personal golf website is unique in the sense that my website review papers contain many addendums - where I openly state that I have changed my opinions because of "revised" thinking regarding golf swing mechanics or biomechanics. I don't know of any other golf instructional website where the website owner openly/frequently states that he has changed his thinking about a golf swing issue. However, at the same time, I don't believe in "authority-based" golf swing fundamentals. I will challenge any belief that doesn't make sense to me - like the idea of a pivot center and a pivot axis. I still remain unconvinced by any argument that supports the idea of a pivot center and/or a pivot axis, but I will consciously remain open to any "new" thoughts regarding the issue. Jeff.
