It's amazing, I conceptually understood no-roll, partial roll, and full roll, but I never got how it really applied to the shoulder, therefore when I tried an angled hinge action, it really was stopping or holding off on a horizontal hinge.

Now I can actually work towards an angled hinge as opposed to against a horizontal hinge.
