Great pics. Shouldn't the face be open at fix.

I notice Brian Gay set up by placing the club behind the ball with the right arm, the face perpendicular to the target line while standing with weight on the right foot on that perpendicular line. Then he arranges his feet, then pushes the handle foward to fix(with face open now) finally applying the left hand. This is on the Gay/Blake Premium video.
