Hey, I'm looking for good down the line swing sequences of the Downstroke but I can't find any. Everything has gone video. I leave golf for a year and the world changes again.

I'm specifically looking for examples of Wrist Throws and Sequenced Releases. No one seems to do it anymore? is it too old school? Hmm? Any suggestions or maybe you already have them....

I've got something for you to try. Its screwy but what the heck. Address the ball. Stiffen your left arm and using your right arm, pull your left arm snuggly accross your chest with your right arm all the way to the top, or end. Start your downswing but don't release the right elbow until its almost too late. Don't forget Standard Wrist Action durring the Backstroke. Hit the ball another 20 yards. Its just for fun.
