I am certain that I have almost a reverse slide ( backswing hips moving forward, downswing moving backward) in both directions which seriously affects low point
Any drills on this would be appreciated

Put your ass on a wall (this is sounding like a women in prison movie) make a backswing pivot (no club this can be rough on walls and marriages with a club) . . . your left "cheek" will probably come off the wall . . . don't let your ass come off the wall as you push your hips forward and return your left cheek to the wall.
get you a dowel or one of them driveway sticks stick it in the ground just a few inches outside your left foot. Hit balls and make sure you hip slide to it. You may want to play with where you place it and how you angle it. You can put it more toward the plane line and angle it like the inclined plane. so you kinda get a double visual of the plane angle and where you need to feel like your hips are sliding to.
