Ben Hogan understood his motion and could demonstrate. First, to an audience of only himself . . . Later, to one or a few. Finally, to millions, both in his own day . . . And across time. : Years ago in a swamp far, far away I asked you to demonstrate full motion swinging and hitting which to my amazement you graciously performed. At the time I was confused about their differences and had never seen a "hit" up close and personal. Then I asked you to perform a swing in slow motion... you paused and gave me an impatient, "are you sure you are ready for this Jediyoungling" look, then you executed a slow motion swing naming each of the 12 sections while striking a ball flawlessly in the process. I was speechless and it's something I will never forget. Time to look at my lesson tape from many moons ago and see if it was recorded. __________________ Bagger 1-H "Because of questions of all kinds, reams of additional detail must be made available - but separately, and probably endlessly."
