You wont find many that dont drop it down to some degrees in the downswing. backswing I agree that you want no bobbing. It could be that transitioning to the Elbow Plane from the Top of their Swings needs a very strong Downward Thrust, then Outward. Downward then Outward in a sequenced kind of way.
