The Geometry of impact between fades and draws is different no matter which side of the ball you stand on when you swing.

Likewise, the Physics of the two patterns produce different results. Draws tend to be slightly lower trajectory and run out further on landing than fades.

Maybe . . . . I'm not sure you can generalize that. You can hit a draw with a really open face and hit it to the moon.
