Slash slash Hogan thats true. Watch Snead then he uses the same motion with his right shoulder . Nelson not in the same ballpark
Tommy Armour though he had never seen anybody better than Nelson. but, Locke's advice to me was from the point of "how to be" not "how to swing"
Help me out here a bit. It took me a long time to understand that the left arm should be treated as though it is linguini...eldente. It does not move as much as it is moved. What moves it? The pivot, or the piston-like right arm. So other than giving the left arm the structure of a long as can be radius, courtesy of the below plane tug of extensor action, the left arm contributes little else (debunking all the golf is a left-sided game drivel) To me a shoulder turn takeaway is what results from attempting to take a straight left arm back with the arm itself (straight because of muscular tension not extensor action) Now I would freely admit that my left arm has to move up my chest on some kind of path. I know that Mac O Grady uses the nipple as some sort of land mark. To my way of understanding ONLY the right forearm (because it is on plane with the sweetspot) can provide the three dimensions neccessary. I'm sorry if I am missing the point. I know your expertise is far greater than my own. Work with me!

It seems you are trying to take the piss out of me. How many start do you want ? Stick with your right forearm trying to find position golf.
No wonder people don't post on here

Naw, Pistol, I am just not as far along as you are. I am just a mongrel nipping at your FJ's. Shrill, but no threat! I just thought the right forearm's angle of approach was an alignment, not a postion. I'm not sure what I said to make you think I was heralding position golf. That is not my intent, although my ignorance exercises its habits...daily. I will take you to task for being coy and secretive. Your prescription falls short of your diagnosis, doc. What do I not understand about RFT? I can be a sarastic S.O.B, but my delusions have no grandeur. I want to learn. As for those that do not post here (as you suggest) they simply do not! If I have had a hand in driving anyone away from this forum I apologize. But...the only altercation I have had was in response to the Dr. Z thing. I think Wolfman and I went a couple of rounds. My beef there was that people were jumping on the Homer was wrong band wagon (really a leaky boat!) Is there some guidance you can provide me, other than just watching the Hawk circa 1967? Sorry if I offended you.
