It seems that I´m falling out of my system and the smootheness falls apart. When I´m playing good I don´t think about follow through at all and the club goes to how far after inpact as it wants to go.

Anyone out there who has a similar experience and who can give me some advise. Hans
hansli,

You might find that it helps if you can just ignore impact and focus on driving the club head down and out to low point, whilst trying to achieve maximum club head speed beyond that point. The follow through should then take care of itself.

Setting yourself up for, and then "manufacturing," an aesthetic follow through as your primary objective can actually be detrimental to the process of hitting the ball.

There are more eggs
Tnak you very much, Okie, 12PB and Burner. Every impuls for the hatchery is velcome. Just asking this question led me to a couple of more insights which led me to read the book one more time (i´ve read it numeral times) and a lot of deeper levels of understanding where waiting for me. Now I understand mor deeply a lot of things, among other the following: Fanning the forearm, the frozen rear wrist, the feeling of a turning wheel rim of the hands, stationary head, all of it nessesary for coming right in the follow through. I think that my former question was a bit premature but for me important in that it lead me further in my quest.

This is really a fantastic travel in learning , I´m learning a lot about learning as a sideeffect.

Hans
