If you have energy for one more round:

How would you in your own words (from what we now know) best describe what he is saying when he uses the frase "He cranks" about the hitter - contrary to the swinger.
(Or have you already explained it in your first post? #2).

It resembels the German frase:

Er ist krank.

But it certainly doesn't mean the same.

I believe Lynn explains it immediately after he uses the phrase. Keeping the shoulders back while the hips slide.

Ok. The problem (this time) was that I wanted to understand what he meant by the word "he cranks" since I didn't know this word. But I'm starting to get the message. Thx.
