Thanks BerntR , I suspect the Norwegians .... you know what they're like. Darn foreigners. Or maybe the Dutch? Hmmm..

Hmm. You are messing up my history lessons from earlier today. This has nothing to do with the independence of 1905. This is from 1718 - one of the many wars between Sweden and Denmark/Norway. Long before Norway went from a union with Denmark to a union with Sweden in 1814, which ended in 1905 without any shooting what so ever.

I know more about Innercityteacher than I know about my Secretary and she's been with me for 12 years (She's Married and has a dog and cat).
Okay, Daryl, we may need a 'judges' decision' on this one.

No question, InnerCity is the hands down leader in the Length-of-Posts category. Air, on the other hand, is miles ahead in the Number of Posts category (4.38 per day).

It appears we need two awards: Posting Average Actual and Posting Average Adjusted. This division -- where each post is weighted according to its length -- has a precedent. Namely, the PGA TOUR, which has two measurements for Scoring Average (Actual and Adjusted).

Hey, a second trophy doesn't cost that much. I'm for giving both!

4.38 Posts per day and that includes hardly anything while he was taking a vacation. Whoa.......

Well, .....ICT has two dogs... How many pets does Air own?

Ya have 4.38 posts per day. You don't get off the Hook that easily.

I'd like to thank the Academy...

How about a "working" category and a " retired" category? Maybe a "teaching" category, an "experimental" category, and a "chatting" category?

In any case, I'm honored to be in such considered company.

Middle Man
Not that I'm insecure or anything -- -- but I just checked my own post count. At 3.99 per day (over six years beginning 2005) and 8,656 total, it seems I strike the middle ground between InnerCity and Air.

Good company!

Good company!

....You'd have doubled and trebled your total!

My final GHIN was 10.1 this year. My goal was single digits. I'll start next March knowing where THE GOLF MACHINE lives, in the Finish Swivel! I lost 11 strokes not understanding the essential nature of the Throw and the Finish Swivel! And, as I confessed to Jerry, Kevin, and Daryl, putting like a moron.

And then, with God's help, I'll be seeing you and others in April.

If I don't get to a par hcp. by the next August, it will be strange, imho.

Thanks to everyone for all the support!
